This is a modified gesinski ink brush that I use for line art a lot.
It's got some transparency and is set on multiply mode so that you can build up the lines in areas without needing to press harder.

I use this one A LOT whenever I have any wrist pain and don't want to use my 6b pencil brush.

It also has a nice texture to it so I like to use it on my multiply layer for some quick shadow shapes.
