📫 When do you ship orders?

Since I have a full time job now, I try to ship orders twice per week. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days.

📦 How long does shipping usually take?

Once shipped, domestic orders take about 4-7 days to arrive, and international orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

💌 What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any concerns with your order, please email hayleemorice@gmail.com with your name and/or order number. I respond to emails within 24 hours.

I will send replacements for damaged or lost merchandise, or give a refund in certain situations.

🪴 What do you use for your digital art?

Procreate on the iPad. My most used brushes: my inking brush (available for free if you look in "digital products"), a flat square brush, WWOWLY's greasy pencil brush, and a couple random texture brushes.

🌿 What do you use for traditional art?

I use all sorts of things. For painting I’ve used a variety of brands of watercolors, holbein acryla gouache, and winsor and newton regular gouache.

Paper: These days lots of toned paper (Legion Stonehenge in the color Fawn), or hot press watercolor paper of a variety of brands.

🌱 How old are you? And how long have you been drawing?

I was born in 1996, and I've been drawing since 2009.

💚 What are your inspirations?

I'm inspired primarily by the art and artists I've admired over the years, as well as beautiful foliage, places I want to visit, and feelings I've experienced.
